The London Nationals came before the Knights
London's OHL story began with the Nationals in 1965. The club adopted the Knights name in 1968. Among its later milestones are the 2005 and 2016 Memorial Cup victories. When reading older programmes, separate the original name from the present identity rather than treating every mention of the Nationals as another current London team.
